Our Division of Community and Population Health programs build upon, and tie together, the Hospital’s inpatient care coordination, Ambulatory Care Network, community outreach programs, and the effort of community-based providers. Now, we are seeking a Supervisor to help drive this work forward.

Step into the fast-paced division of our Outpatient Behavioral Health Clinics, in a role responsible for supervising and evaluating our Patient Financial Advisors, while holding the team accountable and maintaining employee engagement. Manage various projects, including those focused on account reconciliation and the sliding fee scale. Frequently communicate with patients and address their concerns and requests. Regularly assess clinic operations and help implement and monitor quality/performance improvement initiatives. Use your quality improvement skills to drive changes, with a goal of improving the quality of care for patients in the community. This role will be responsible for ensuring there is a seamless flow for our patients to match our mission of Putting our Patients First.

Preferred Criteria

• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Strong communication skills
• Previous supervisory experience
• Experience working in a community setting
• Ability to function independently with minimal supervision

Required Criteria

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience
• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience

Salary Range:

$65,500-$97,000/Annual
