We are looking for spotters of apprentice electricians to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Someone to ensure the guys working on lifts are following safety protocols and assisting for low level/laborer duties as needed.
• Communicate effectively with scissor lift operators, providing clear instructions and guidance to prevent accidents and injuries.
• Maintain constant awareness of the surroundings and identify potential hazards or obstacles that may interfere with safe operation.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures outlined by the company and OSHA regulations.
• Assist in the set-up and inspection of scissor lifts to ensure they are in proper working condition.
• Monitor scissor lift operators for any signs of fatigue, distraction, or unsafe behavior.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the appropriate supervisor or manager.
• Collaborate with the project team to coordinate scissor lift usage and optimize workflow.
• Perform routine inspections of the work area to identify and address potential safety hazards.
• Keep accurate records of scissor lift usage, incidents, and maintenance activities.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and changes in safety regulations.

Requirements:

• Ability to effectively communicate and provide clear instructions in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and the ability to remain focused while observing multiple tasks.
• Strong awareness of safety procedures and the ability to respond quickly in emergency situations.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the USA.
• Physical fitness and the ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to obtain reliable transportation to the job site.
