Serve as the main point of contact for the O-Club, OSU Athletics’ former letterman’s club. Organize and execute various reunions and events for sports represented within O-Club. Manage and oversee billing of annual dues and all special projects for O-Club membership and fulfillment of annual benefit packages, as well as manage the website and utilize Athlete Network to create an effective program for the group. Manage and oversee all strategic planning and implementing donor annual benefits, most notably parking-related benefits. Act as organizer and point of contact for donor parking at home sporting events, particularly football, men’s basketball, wrestling, women’s basketball, and baseball. Manage all communication for parking information to POSSE members for game days, including emails, social. Serve as the main point of contact for the O-Club, OSU Athletics’ former letterman’s club. Manage and oversee all strategic planning and implementing donor annual benefits, most notably parking-related benefits. Act as organizer and point of contact for donor parking at home sporting events, particularly football, men’s basketball, wrestling, women’s basketball, and baseball. Manage all communication for parking information to POSSE members for game days, including emails, social media and print materials. Supervise game day staff to assist with resolving parking related customer service issues on game day. Manage and oversee all strategic planning and implementing renewal and upgrades via data tracking and forecasting for annual donor levels. Plan and Coordinate POSSE membership renewal calendar, renewal solicitations and impact statements. Manage all communication for membership renewal information to POSSE members annually, including emails, social media and print materials. Manage and oversee all donor data and donation reconciliation for OSU Athletics. Tracks all Athletics giving, providing team members with weekly update on progress towards annual giving goals. Responsible for all donation reconciliation and record keeping for OSU Athletics donors as well as coordination of donor invoicing for seating contributions. Office Support. Oversee mailings and the production of POSSE Membership packets, and collaterals. Support day-to-day operations by assisting with telephone, email and walk-in inquiries. Assist in communication with donors and ticket holders. Employee is responsible for ensuring compliance with University, State, NCAA and Big 12 Conference rules and regulations in performance of their assigned job responsibilities.



Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

One (1) year of related work experience in donor relations, sales, marketing, and/or public relations.


Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.


Knowledge of computer software.

Willing to travel and work unusual hours.


Excellent event management skills.
