Quail + Crane Restaurant offers menus that speak to both the bounty of Northern California and the cooking practices and traditions of Asia, our chefs use the locally sourced ingredients to create internationally inspired dishes. Our rotating menus set the standard for multicultural dining. With a combination of Eastern and Western influences, choose from dishes that range from ramens and dumplings to oven-roasted fish and meats.

The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager will oversee the food and beverage areas within the hotel. Responsibilities may include scheduling, forecasting and training, ensuring compliance with federal, state and local laws as well as all operating procedures. This person may also coordinate special events at the hotel. The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager must have strong communication and analytical skills. Food and Beverage cost control experience is helpful.

*The salary range for this position is $56,800- $79,400.

This is the pay range for this position that Grand Hyatt at SFO reasonably expects to pay. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience and education.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years as F&B Management preferred
• Wine/beverage knowledge in an upscale environment preferred
• Ideal applicant should have strong organizational skills, ability to work with flexible work schedule, be a team player and a dynamic leader
• Ability to walk and stand for long periods of time
