JOB SUMMARY:
In your challenging and rewarding role as Associate Program Manager, you will be assisting in planning, coordinating, and executing programs with some guidance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate internal and external activities which may include coordinating complex meetings and events for various groups such as advisory and planning meetings. Ensure logistics and necessary materials are prepared for events and meetings.
- Help distribute meeting notes, plan follow-up meetings, and facilitate other follow-up action items for both internal and external audiences.
- Assist in various components of data collection and analysis for VUMC’s Community Health Needs Assessment.
- Support all aspects of the Health Equity Inventory and other OHE evaluation efforts with data collection, tracking, management and administration.
- Work with other Community Health Equity team members to write and format sections of the VUMC Community Health Needs Assessment and Implementation Strategy reports.
- Support internal infrastructure and communications for the Office of Health Equity such as website, newsletter, and social media content management.
- Assist in creating presentations, infographics, flyers, and other visuals to highlight OHE work.
- Maintain organization of shared file storage.
- Assist with grant processes (RFP development and distribution, review process, reporting, and more) and with grant preparation.
- Assist in the implementation of components of VUMC’s Racial Equity Plan.
- Assist with the Foundations of Health Equity (FHE) course structure (e.g. coordinating schedule for lecturers/presenters, facilitating compensation processes, scheduling student office hours, updating final presentation format, etc.)
- Manage FHE course webpage (VSTAR) and track student attendance.
- Provide additional logistical and administrative support for OHE as needed.
