Key job responsibilities
As an Associate Program Manager on the Global Project Management team, you will have the opportunity to oversee ad hoc creative requests from end-to-end and will contribute to collaborative efforts around content launches, events, and promotions. You will also drive internal initiatives and create tools to help scale the business as it relates to Artist & Label Relations.
The Associate Program Manager will be responsible for the following:
• Project Management related to Label & Artist Relations/cross-team initiatives.
• Creating new approaches to help scale the business.
• Driving continuous improvement in digital music operations.
• Contribute to various Amazon Music projects from a content and analytics perspective
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• 2-4 years professional experience with Label Relations, account management or sales
• Proven professional knowledge of music industry and digital media landscape
• Sound work ethic with strong attention to detail
• 2-4 years professional experience in project management and/or driving cross-team collaborations
• Excellent written and verbal communication and organizational skills
• Proven professional experience in team-oriented work environment
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelors degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
• Proven ability to influence others, with data driven arguments in a professional environment
• Proven ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast paced professional environment
• Proactive attitude; willingness to roll up sleeves and dig deep to achieve goals

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $50,300/year in our lowest geographic market up to $107,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
