OVERVIEW:

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Asset Creation: Design and produce creative assets, including digital graphics, print collateral, presentations, and other brand materials.
  • Collaborative Design: Work closely with brand designers, copywriters, photographers, videographers, producers, business development managers, ecomm and other cross-functional teams to execute creative strategies and bring concepts to life across digital and print channels.
  • Creative Support: Provide design support for ongoing brand initiatives and product launches. Help conceptualize new creative ideas and assist in the execution of those assets for use in print, ecommerce, presentations, tradeshows, and environmental graphics
  • Visual Content Management: Assist with organizing, maintaining, and updating digital asset libraries, ensuring that assets are easy to access, properly labeled, and up to date.
  • Design Adjustments: Assist with design revisions, feedback incorporation, and asset updates as needed to meet project goals and deadlines.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay informed on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and incorporate relevant innovations into design work when appropriate.


QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • 1-5 years experience in Creative Agency, Marketing, or in house design team
  • Advanced Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Familiarity with Motion Graphics
  • Web Design Tools (Sketch, Figma) is a plus.
