The Royal Caribbean Group’s Inside Sales Team has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Associate, GCC Operations reporting to the AVP, Consumer Outreach.

This position will work from Florida.


Position Summary:

Highly organized and proactive to provide essential support to our leadership team and departments. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across teams. The ideal candidate will facilitate communication between departments, manage executive needs, and oversee logistical operations to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.



In addition, this role will support executive and administrative support to Associate Vice President, Sr. Director, and Directors; composes non-routine communication and general correspondence; generates reports or presentations; addresses general correspondence and employee communications; point of contact with external organizations and vendors. Attends to phone, file maintenance and daily calendar for all executive meetings, conferences and coordinates travel and makes all travel arrangements, prepares expense reports for executives and department managers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic support to the CO AVP, CO Service Director, CO Sales Director, and CXC Director.


• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics for executive engagements.

• Arrange and confirm travel accommodations, including flights, hotels, and transportation.


• Prepare and submit expense reports in compliance with company policies.

• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring timely equipment requests and system access.


• Organize weekly staff meetings, take detailed notes, and distribute key takeaways.

• Maintain the CO Roster, tracking agent details such as system access, extensions, and team assignments.


• Ensure accurate maintenance of email distribution lists and shared email boxes.

• Act as a liaison between departments to ensure smooth operational workflows.


• Plan and execute employee events, including company-wide celebrations and team-building activities.

• Oversee employee recognition programs, managing awards, sales contest prizes, and milestone celebrations.


• Create and distribute monthly birthday and work anniversary announcements.

• Manage the distribution of guest mail, coordinating with outbound agents to ensure timely and accurate delivery.


• Assist agents with cruise requests, familiarization trips (FAMs), and general inquiries.

• Order office supplies and materials for department and event needs.


Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills:

  • H.S. Grad or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree preferred; experience may be combined with some college education.
  • Must have excellent grammar and communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Strong common sense to handle strict confidentiality using discretion in dealing with issues of business & personal nature.
  • Experience to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment as well as to work effectively under pressure.
  • Minimum three to five years of experience performing broad coordination activities to support executive roles.
  • Experience in medium to large corporations.
  • Basic financial knowledge to perform responsibilities related to cost control to budget administration.
  • Strong proficiency in broad secretarial skills.
  • Good knowledge of organization, policies & practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with executives, peers and employees.
  • Advanced level of proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Tungsten and Lotus Notes.
