Role Overview
As an Audience Integration Senior Executive, you will support the integration of newly acquired businesses into CloserStill Media’s centralised data and digital marketing infrastructure.
Working closely with the Head of Audience Integration, Marketing CRM Manager, and wider teams, you will help ensure a smooth transition, aligning audience data, marketing technology platforms, and marketing operations with Group strategies.
Key Responsibilities
· Assist in evaluating the data, CRM, and marketing technology (e.g. event app) stack of acquired businesses to identify integration needs.
· Take ownership of assigned responsibilities within the integration process including the onboarding to marketing CRM, tracking milestones and ensuring timely completion.
· Act as a designated point of contact for acquired businesses, coordinating with internal data, marketing, and digital teams to facilitate data transfers and system integrations.
· Work alongside the Legal Team to ensure data governance, privacy, and compliance requirements are met.
· Conduct initial assessments of data quality, processes, and system compatibility, flagging any risks or opportunities for improvement.
· Collaborate with marketing, IT, and data teams to ensure the required technical infrastructure is in place.
· Support the development of pre and post-show reporting frameworks, ensuring the necessary data and dashboards are available for evaluation.
· Contribute to the continuous improvement of integration processes by documenting best practices and lessons learned.
Skills and Capabilities
· 2+ years of experience in data integration and marketing technology, ideally within a multi-business or group environment.
· Familiarity with CRM systems (ideally HubSpot), marketing automation, and data management platforms.
· Understanding of reporting and dashboard requirements for marketing and data evaluation.
· Awareness of data governance and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
· Strong organisational and proven project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely delivery.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across teams.
· Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
