The Banquet Captain will be responsible for executing events sold by our Miraval sales team from set-up to break down. This includes sourcing needed materials, completing room sets, managing banquet servers, bartenders, and housepeople, and communicating any guest needs to the Sales Team.

Qualifications

- Ability to complete room sets a must (furniture resets)
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift a heavy amount of weight
- 5 years’ previous experience in events/banquets required
- Previous leadership experience
- Strong organizational skills
- Focus on hospitality and guest interaction that is in line with Miraval standards
- Open availability to include day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Position runs from May 2024 to November 2024
