The Banquet Cook requires good communication and culinary skills while working in a fast-paced environment and working multiple stations at one time. The Banquet Cook should have a professional knowledge of cooking ingredients and procedures, the ability to execute food service that is flawless in presentation, and possess the ability to follow the recipes and specifications as outlined by our menus.

Qualifications & Requirements:


  • Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers
  • Maintain a high level of responsibility and attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt under pressure
  • Minimum 1+ years Culinary experience preferred
  • Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred
  • Candidates should be able to perform all intermediate cooking skills
  • Requires moderate supervision and training
  • Must have physical stamina to lift, push, and pull moderate amounts of weight
  • Must be able to stand for entire shift
  • Flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays as well as AM and PM shifts
