GA-Atlanta, Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Responsible for Processing all assigned invoices for the company Prepare client billing invoices per the client contract guidelines, utilizing AIA Billing (specific to construction industry billing) Ensure all client files are billed/invoiced every 30 days. Review time and expense prior to billing to ensure accuracy for the client invoice.
