• Model & Coordinate: Develop, maintain, and manage BIM models for construction and design projects.
• Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with architects, engineers, and project teams to integrate 3D modeling into the planning and execution process.
• Enhance Efficiency: Utilize clash detection, model-based coordination, and project visualization tools to improve workflows.
• Stay on the Cutting Edge: Leverage the latest BIM and VDC technologies, including Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and more.
• Solve Problems: Support teams in resolving design conflicts, optimizing project schedules, and enhancing construction planning.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in BIM/VDC modeling and coordination in construction, engineering, or architecture.
• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, or similar software.
• Strong understanding of 3D model integration, clash detection, and visualization.
• Ability to communicate technical information effectively with project teams.
• Passion for innovation and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Dynamo, Rhino, or other computational design tools.
• Familiarity with laser scanning, point cloud integration, or reality capture technologies.
• Knowledge of construction sequencing, cost estimation, or digital twin technology.
