What's your day like?

As a Full-Time BCBA at The Supported Living Group, your day-to-day expectations will involve a dynamic blend of hands-on and strategic activities.

You'll conduct assessments to develop individualized behavior intervention plans, collaborating closely with families and team members to ensure a customer-centric approach. In your role, you'll provide direct support, train staff, and monitor progress through data collection and analysis.

You'll engage in regular supervision meetings to foster professional development and maintain a high-performance standard within the team. Additionally, you'll participate in community outreach initiatives, ensuring that safety and integrity remain at the forefront of your practice.
