About the RoleThe Business Operations Associate will play a pivotal role in driving the enablement and effectiveness of the executive leadership team. As a trusted partner to the co-founders, you will manage key operational functions, facilitate communication across teams, and oversee strategic projects that directly contribute to the growth and success of the company.

The role is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, is highly organized, and can drive both tactical execution and long-term strategic initiatives.ResponsibilitiesPartner with the Co-founders and leadership team to streamline operations and ensure alignment on key priorities.Manage executive agendas and facilitate effective communication across teams, ensuring smooth execution of high-priority initiatives.Support aspects of HR and finance functions by managing key administrative processes including but not limited to: Accounts payable, employee onboarding, invoicing.Own and drive strategic, cross-functional projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company goals across all teams.Provide analytical support to inform key decisions and monitor progress on high-impact projects.Identify challenges and proactively develop solutions to streamline operations and mitigate risks.Own the planning and logistics of team offsites, including international locations, ensuring smooth coordination of travel, accommodations, agendas, and team-building activities to maximize productivity and alignment.RequirementsBachelor’s degree and 2+ years of experience in operations, project management, or strategy in a fast-paced environment.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and drive change across all levels of the organization.Ability to manage complex projects and initiatives from start to finish, particularly in fast-paced or ambiguous environments.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex issues into actionable plans.Familiarity with productivity tools and project management platforms.CompensationOur salary ranges are determined by role, level, location, and employment type. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position.
