Responsibilities Include:
- Prepare and draft legal documents and pleadings
- Work on discovery Conduct research
- Attend and conduct Depositions and Mediations through Trial
- Negotiate settlements for legal disputes | Represent clients in court
- Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law
Qualifications:
- 3 – 6 yrs litigation minimum experience
- Business Real Estate Background required
- Juris Doctorate and California Bar Accreditation required. Bachelor’s Degree required, related to law, business administration, or relevant field(s).

Additional Info:
- 1450 Billable Minimum Requirement
- Bonus + Commissions
- Base Compensation: $130,000 – $210,000
