Cabana Attendant – Seasonal (Harrah's Laughlin)

JOB SUMMARY: Cabana Attendants will be responsible for servicing our pool and beach guests for all their food & beverage needs. Attendants are also responsible for selling and registering our pool & beach guests for our cabanas, palapas and preferred seating areas.

KEY JOB FUNCTIONS: Assist pool & beach guests with their outdoor amenity reservations to include selling and booking of cabana, palapa and preferred seating reservations. Attendants will be expected to prepare these areas and ensure they are clean, available, and ready for guest use and that guests receive the highest level of customer service when using these services. Tending cash, credit, and comps according to the company’s policies are another key duty in this role. Attendants will also assist pool & beach guests by placing and delivering food & beverage orders.

EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS: Previous customer service is required. Must be 21+ years of age or older. Health Card, Alcohol Awareness Card
