Summary
Kaiser Permanente-Washington Permanente Medical Group is seeking an experienced full time 1.0 FTE Cardiology Physician Assistant to join our Silverdale Campus team in Silverdale, Washington.
You will be joining a multi-disciplinary team at our Silverdale Medical Center, including a cardiologist, medical assistants and nurses that functions within the Kaiser organization with additional Cardiology teams throughout the Pacific Northwest. Join a collegial team in a setting where you can practice at the top of your license.
Core Components of this position include:
- The primary role is evaluating and managing cardiology patients in the outpatient clinic at all points in the care continuum.
- Conducting and interpreting treadmill stress tests.
- Electrophysiology pre and post op follow ups.
- No Call and no inpatient requirements.
- 2 years of experience practicing as a Certified Physician Assistant with experience caring for cardiac conditions.
- Experience performing treadmill stress tests.
Silverdale Medical Center is a multispecialty medical center. Lab, Radiology and Pharmacy on site. Office hours are 8am – 5pm Monday through Friday with Urgent Care open 2pm – 10pm Monday through Friday and 11am – 7pm weekends.

Compensation and Benefits
The entire salary range for this position is $131,329 to $154,504 and will be prorated based on FTE. Placement of new hires will be in the range of $131,329 to $146,319 based on factors such as education, training or experience.
Employees (and their families) are covered by medical, dental, vision, basic life, and disability insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan, receive employer contributions to the 401(k) plan, and enroll in our cash balance pension plan. Employees will also receive four weeks of paid vacation leave every year and eight paid holidays throughout the calendar year, and will receive continuing medical education leave and funding.

Silverdale, with a population of 19,204, is located on the Kitsap Peninsula, situated ten miles northwest of the city of Bremerton and nine miles south of Poulsbo. The community lies at the north tip of Dyes Inlet, which connects it to Bremerton via Sinclair Inlet and the Pacific Ocean via Puget Sound. Silverdale offers scenic trails, award winning breweries, and beachfront properties with attractive views of Dyes Inlet, Mt. Rainier, the Olympic Mountains and stunning sunsets.
