    • Jan 15-17
    • Jan 27-30
    • Feb 5-7
    • Feb 17-19
    • Feb 26-28
    • Mar 3-7
    • Mar 24-28
    • Apr 2-4
    • Apr 14-16
    • Apr 23-25

  • Schedule
    • Monday – Friday
    • 8 am – 5 pm w/ 1 hr. lunch

  • Clinical Details
    • 16 – 20 Patients Per Shift
    • Ages 60 and older

  • Requirements
    • Board Certified Required
    • Active AZ License or IMLC in Hand
    • ACLS, BLS
    • Minimum 2 years experience required
    • COVID 19 and Flu Vaccine Required (Medical/Religious Exemptions and Declinations Allowed)

  • EMR
    • Cerner
