About The Role & Team
As a member of the Cast Activities, Recognition and Experience (CARE) Team, you’ll be part of a tradition that has helped create Cast-exclusive magic for decades. By providing administrative and event support, the Cast Activities Coordinator has the unique opportunity to help make the Cast Member experience exceptional.
What You Will Do
- Demonstrate a passion for the Cast experience by providing administrative and program-related support for Cast events and offerings.
- Execute events and offerings tasks such as pre-event prep, collateral inventory, and post-event wrap up.
- Communicate with Cast Members verbally and in writing on behalf of Cast Activities.
- Work collaboratively as a Cast Activities team member.
Basic Qualifications
- Demonstrated strong ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of the organization.
- Available to commit to work any day of the week including weekends, nights and holidays.
- Proven experience managing multiple priorities and tasks in a high energy, fast paced environment.
- Passion for supporting the Cast across a variety of programs and outreach activities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous event management experience.
- Previous Disneyland Resort Cast Member work experience.
Required Education
- High school degree or equivalent
