Position Overview:

TOO EXPRESS is seeking an experienced and highly professional Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our dynamic team. As we prepare for our Initial Public Offering (IPO), we need a strategic leader who can manage our financial planning and analysis, provide expert guidance on our financial strategy, and ensure the financial health and stability of our company.



Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis functions to support strategic decision-making.
  2. Develop and implement financial strategies to drive the company’s growth and profitability.
  3. Oversee the preparation of all financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  4. Manage relationships with investors, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
  5. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
  6. Provide leadership and direction to the finance team.
  7. Play a key role in preparing and executing the IPO process, including liaising with investment banks, legal advisors, and other stakeholders.
  8. Monitor and manage the company’s financial performance and liquidity.
  9. Identify and mitigate financial risks.
  10. Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.


Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
  2. Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role, preferably within the logistics, e-commerce, or technology sectors.
  3. Experience in preparing and executing IPOs is highly desirable.
  4. Strong knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, and financial regulations.
  5. Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and financial modeling skills.
  6. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
  7. Proficiency in financial management software and systems.
  8. Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a finance team effectively.
  9. High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
  10. Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (普通话) is required.
