Position Overview:
TOO EXPRESS is seeking an experienced and highly professional Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our dynamic team. As we prepare for our Initial Public Offering (IPO), we need a strategic leader who can manage our financial planning and analysis, provide expert guidance on our financial strategy, and ensure the financial health and stability of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis functions to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive the company’s growth and profitability.
- Oversee the preparation of all financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Manage relationships with investors, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
- Provide leadership and direction to the finance team.
- Play a key role in preparing and executing the IPO process, including liaising with investment banks, legal advisors, and other stakeholders.
- Monitor and manage the company’s financial performance and liquidity.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Proven experience as a CFO or in a senior financial leadership role, preferably within the logistics, e-commerce, or technology sectors.
- Experience in preparing and executing IPOs is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, and financial regulations.
- Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and financial modeling skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in financial management software and systems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a finance team effectively.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese (普通话) is required.
