Responsibilities

  • Oversee and continuously improve Goodwill’s operational management and business lines
  • Play a critical role in the development and execution of strategic plans
  • Set and monitor comprehensive goals for performance and growth
  • Provide leadership that fosters maximum performance, growth, and team dedication
  • Partner with the Chief Financial Officer to develop and manage budgets for revenue streams
  • Monitor and evaluate financial performance, making adjustments to achieve goals
  • Implement policies that promote a culture of success and align with the organization’s vision
  • Innovate by seeking and developing new revenue streams


Qualifications

  • Strong strategic thinker with a focus on structure and analysis. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a talent for designing and optimizing systems.
  • Proven track record of leading operational teams and managing complex projects. Ability to inspire and guide teams toward operational excellence.
  • Advanced analytical skills with the capability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions. Experience in using data to drive operational improvements.
  • Extensive experience in operations management, process optimization, and strategic planning. Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively. Excellent interpersonal skills for collaborating with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in relevant areas are a plus
