Client Care Manager (Bilingual English/Spanish)
Location: Winter Park, FL 32789
Salary: $50,000 – $55,000 per year + performance-based incentives
Full-time | Monday – Friday | 9 AM – 5 PM

We are looking for a dedicated, solution-driven individual who loves working with people, solving challenges, and providing top-tier customer service. As a key member of our team, you’ll be responsible for maintaining strong, long-term relationships with our clients and caregivers while ensuring smooth scheduling operations.
What You’ll Do:
- Build lasting relationships: Establish trust and a strong relationship with clients, caregivers, and referral sources, ensuring satisfaction and effective communication.
- Proactively schedule: Coordinate caregiver schedules to meet client needs while staying within service authorization and maintaining financial goals for your caseload.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team: Work closely with the recruiter to identify hiring needs and help ensure that new caregivers are onboarded and scheduled efficiently.
- Achieve financial targets: Focus on scheduling that meets gross margin goals and delivers high-quality care, driving the financial success of the business.
- Provide exceptional customer service: Identify creative solutions for client needs and exceed expectations through superior care and service.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: At least 2 years in private-duty home care, office administration, or scheduling (experience with AxisCare software a plus).
- Bilingual: Fluency in both English and Spanish is required.
- Strong interpersonal skills: You’ll be working with diverse personalities, so comfort with people and strong communication skills are a must.
- Empathy and problem-solving: A genuine passion for helping seniors stay healthy and independent at home, combined with the ability to solve challenges.
- Attention to detail: Ability to multitask and stay organized while working in a fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software (experience with AxisCare is a plus).
- Strong math skills: Comfortable working within service authorization parameters and managing financial targets.

Schedule:
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- On-call rotation once or twice per month
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience (preferred)
- Language: Fluency in English and Spanish (required)
