CNC MACHINE OPERATOR – 2nd SHIFT FULL & PART TIME

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Load and Operate CNC mills/lathes/EDM
• Deburr parts as required off the machine
• Inspect, organize & count parts
• Perform in-process inspection using all forms of precision measuring equipment (i.e. calipers, etc.)
• Read & interpret blueprints/drawings
• Operate general machine shop equipment (i.e. band saw, deburr wheels)
• Communicate with co-workers from shift to shift
• Practice quality service & safe operations
• Maintain 5S organization in shop

QUALIFICATIONS

2 years minimum experience preferred

Basic knowledge of hand tools, machining tools, & processes

High attention to detail

Ability to correctly use/read measuring instruments

Comfort with using web-based order tracking system

Exhibits personal discipline/operates in organized fashion

Ability to safely lift 45 lbs.

Willing to work occasional overtime

HOURS

2nd Shift 1:00 pm – 9:30 pm
