Collections CSR

Our client in Chesapeake, a leading financial competitor among companies offering alternative financing options is looking for a Front End Collections CSR. If you have experience in Collections and Customer Service this is the position for you. Apply Today!

Job Details Front-End Collects CSR:

• Schedule: M-F 8am – 5pm or 830am 530pm with 1 late night per week 10am – 7pm, and rotational Saturdays 8am – 12pm
• Pay Rate: $15 – $17hr Depending on experience
• Benefits Offered
• Monthly Bonus Eligible

Job Details Front-End Collections CSR:

• Employee will have access to personal identifiable information (PII) and business confidential information
• Collection of subprime automobile accounts through our automated dialer system
• Handle customer service issues and process related paperwork
• Negotiation for payment arrangements on customer accounts
• Basic skip tracing
• Adherence to company policies and procedures in addition to compliance of state and federal regulations
• Other duties as assigned

Skills and Requirements for Front-End Collections CSR:

• Minimum of 1 year of collections experience in a Call Center environment
• Ability to communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and in writing
• Organized and efficient
• Adaptability and Punctual
• Ability to multi-task with strong negotiation skills
• Proficient dialer and skip tracing capabilities
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
