The approximate dates of this internship are June 2025 – January 2026.
What You Will Do:
In this exciting and fast-paced changing environment, your ability to demonstrate a strong understanding of people, process and technology while assisting with the daily operation of College & International Recruitment!
Performing pre-arrivals, onboarding, and arrivals day tasks including:
- Attending arrivals day events and interacting with incoming participants
- Contacting participants via phone and/or emails to offer support that promotes a positive onboarding experience
- Responding promptly to incoming candidate inquiries dedication and compassion
- Reading reports in Brassring, Excel, and other systems
Day-to-day responsibilities including:
- Answering multiple messages through our Disney Programs Support Site (Zendesk)
- Communicating with internal and external partners in a timely manner to request and/or deliver information
- Processing large amount of data entry ensuring accuracy and compliance within set timeframe
- Managing daily tasks and special projects with accountability on work output
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Ability to work independently and with a team, with minimum supervision
- Ability to prioritize work and attention to detail
- Demonstrated analytical and critical thinking skills
- Proven ability to investigate, troubleshoot and provide solutions
- Guest Services skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Technical proficiencies with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, etc.)
- Must hold a valid U.S. driver’s license (operating a company vehicle may be required for this role)
- Must be a current Disney College Program participant or alumni of the Disney College Program
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Zendesk, Brassring, Workday or other similar applicant tracking systems
- Proven Bilingual skills
Education:
- Junior or Senior year preferred
Eligibility Requirements & Program Information:
Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:
- Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship.
- Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess unrestricted work authorization
Additional Information:
- Fully available for the duration of the internship (approximately 40 hours each week)
- Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work
- Be compliant with The Disney Look appearance guidelines

The pay rate for this role in Florida is $22.00 per hour.
