Description:

As an Estimator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customers receive excellent service while creating estimates, coordinating repair needs, and communicating with insurance companies throughout the repair process. You will assess vehicle damage accurately and document repairs and parts replacement on the damage appraisal.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Evaluate every customer interaction for documentation, updating efficiently and accurately with pertinent details.

  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers, guiding them through the repair process and ensuring excellent customer service.


  • Maintain compliance with all insurance client requirements, processes, and metrics.

  • Adhere to WOW Operating Ways regarding customer drop-offs, repair planning, customer communication, and delivery.


  • Communicate customer requests and needs to appropriate team members.

  • Maintain positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone.


  • Demonstrate understanding of all required Insurance programs and procedures.

  • Prioritize participation in daily production walks with management, as required.


  • Support team members when necessary.

  • Participate in monthly Health & Safety and staff meetings (if required).


  • Attend recommended training, information sessions, and workshops by Store Manager.

  • Mainstream store KPIs by maximizing role performance.



Education and Experience Required:

  • Familiarity with Repairs and OE Guidelines.


  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Awareness of resources for answers.


  • Basic computer skills.

  • Compliance for DRP’s Minimum of 1-year experience.


  • Willingness to complete I-CAR Training.

  • Valid Driver’s License.
