Your New Role
As a Comfort Advisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering our mission of exceeding customer expectations with a “white glove” experience. Your responsibilities include:
- Building value in the services we provide and offering honest advice to homeowners.
- Managing a pipeline of prospects using company CRM tools.
- Running company-provided leads while also generating your own through networking, events, and referrals.
- Promoting our brand on social media and through creative outreach efforts.
- Cross-selling between departments to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Partnering with the install team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Keeping updated on all products, pricing, and the latest sales techniques via Nexstar and Service Titan training.

- 2+ years of HVAC sales experience.
- Solid understanding of HVAC equipment and systems.
- Strong verbal communication and phone skills.
- Tech-savvy and organized.

- Must have a valid driver’s license and pass a background check.
