We are proud to introduce you to Tacker Bros. LLC.

Are you tired of the same old, disorganized construction sites? Sick of working for companies that don’t value your commitment to quality and detail? At Tacker Bros., LLC, we’re offering more than just a job. We’re offering a seat at the table.

Your New Role: Commercial Construction Superintendent

Step up to lead the charge on some of the most exciting commercial construction projects in Texas. As our Commercial Construction Superintendent, you’ll be the captain of the ship on-site—overseeing daily activities, ensuring the project stays on schedule, managing resources, and coordinating with both the Tacker team and our valued clients. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Conducting daily reports and quality control inspections.
  • Scheduling and coordinating resources and ordering materials.
  • Providing critical safety oversight to maintain a secure work environment.
  • Keeping clear, consistent communication with both the internal team and our clients.

We’re looking for someone with at least five years of experience in a construction superintendent role, a knack for organization, and the ability to navigate the latest in construction software.

What’s In It For You?

At Tacker Bros., LLC, we’re not just about getting the job done—we’re about doing it right. When you join our team, you’ll enjoy:

  • A competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $105,000 annually, with a performance-based bonus program for projects delivered on time, on budget, and without a punch list.
  • Comprehensive medical benefits to keep you healthy.
  • A company vehicle and fuel card to get you where you need to be.
  • Ongoing job training to help you grow your skills and advance your career.
  • Generous PTO and paid holidays—because we believe in work-life balance.

Why You’ll Never Want to Leave

  • You’re ready to join a team that values quality, efficiency, and teamwork.
