Commercial Food Service Equipment Mechanic

Come be part of our Engineering team as the Food Service Equipment Mechanic at the Hyatt Regency DFW located across from Terminal C of the DFW Airport. The Hyatt Regency DFW features 811 guestrooms and 92,000 square feet of function space and is a part of the Global Hyatt Hotels Managed portfolio.

What are you responsible for?

This position is responsible for diagnosing Commercial Food Service Equipment, Fryers, Grills, Ovens, beverage equipment, refrigeration equipment and ice machines in a safe efficient and timely manner. They will also oversee the maintenance of back of house areas including kitchen, laundry, electrical, and mechanical systems. Individual must possess a strong background and knowledge of such systems.

Qualifications

How do you know if this job is for you?

• 1yr of Commercial Food Service Equipment Maintenance
• You must have a minimum of 2 years Mechanic experience
• You have preferably worked in a hotel setting
• You must have electrical, plumbing, refrigeration, and HVAC Knowledge
• Basic computer skills and be able to navigate a handheld device.
