Your New Role As a Commercial HVAC Technician:


  • Evaluate and troubleshoot mechanical and control systems for optimal performance, including reading and understanding control diagrams and schematics.

  • Diagnose, service, and perform preventative maintenance on heating and cooling equipment, including chillers, boilers, split systems, pumps, cooling towers, AHUs, and fans in commercial, industrial, and medical facilities.


  • Coordinate subcontractors, procure project materials, and ensure safe working conditions in compliance with OSHA and EPA standards.

  • Mentor junior technicians, review timesheets, and manage documentation accurately and timely.


  • Maintain expertise in software tools (Trane TechView, Carrier Service Tool, etc.), building automation systems (BAS), and operating principles of air- and water-cooled chillers, VAV systems, VFDs, and frequency drives.

This job is for you if:

  • You have a mMinimum of five years of experience in commercial HVAC repair, skilled in diagnosing and repairing chillers, boilers, and RTUs over 25 tons.


  • You are pProficient in reading and understanding control diagrams and schematics.

  • You are fFamiliar with Trane, Carrier, AAON, Leibert, Daikin/McQuay, and York systems.

  • Valid Florida driver’s license with an acceptable driving record and ability to pass a drug screen and background check.


  • Minimum of five years of commercial HVAC repair experience with expertise in Trane, Carrier, AAON, Leibert, Daikin/McQuay, and York systems.

  • Basic computer skills, strong work ethic, and time management skills.


  • Ability to work independently and with a team, demonstrating strong customer service skills.

  • Good physical fitness and dexterity, with the ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly.
