Your New Role: Commercial HVAC Technician

As a Commercial HVAC Technician, you’ll be at the forefront of our commercial projects, leading the charge on every job. We’re not looking for just another tech—we’re looking for someone with a drive to dominate the day and lead a team. Here’s what you’ll do:

• Lead and manage teams on commercial HVAC projects.
• Seek out and bid on new commercial opportunities.
• Interact professionally with general contractors, customers, and vendors.
• Troubleshoot and familiarize yourself with a wide range of HVAC equipment.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints.
• Organize jobs, order materials, ensure safety, and perform equipment repairs and maintenance, including on-call service as needed.

• 5+ years of commercial HVAC experience.
• EPA License, T.D.L.R. registration, and NATE certification required.
• Ability to handle physical workload, including climbing ladders and lifting/pulling 60 pounds.
• Must have a valid Texas driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Own tools, ability to read and interpret manuals and schematics, and a willingness to invest in necessary equipment.
• High school diploma or GED, completed technical school, and authorization to work in the U.S.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, excellent customer service skills, and time management abilities.
• Self-starter, reliable, drug-free, willing to work independently, and available for after-hours and weekend work as required.
