The Opportunity

We’re seeking a commission-based Sales Representative with a strong basketball network—whether you’re a former player, coach, or simply well-connected in the local basketball scene. You’ll reach out to high schools, AAU/travel teams, recreational leagues, and other basketball programs to introduce them to Threadletics’ custom uniform and webshop solution.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research local/regional basketball programs (high schools, AAU/travel teams, community leagues).

• Reach out via phone, email, and social media to introduce Threadletics’ offerings.

• Schedule virtual presentations/demos with decision makers (coaches, athletic directors, etc.).

• Negotiate and close deals, earning a 15–20% commission on each sale.

• Maintain relationships with your clients for repeat orders and referrals.

Ideal Candidate

• Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written.

• Ability to build rapport quickly and explain product benefits clearly.
