Description:
You will be the Communications Representative Senior for the Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) team. Our team is responsible for supporting MFC Transformation and 1LMX communications, as well as crisis communications on a rotational basis.

What You Will Be Doing
As the Communications Representative Senior, you will develop and execute MFC Culture and Transformation communications, internally and externally, in alignment with business objectives. You will collaborate with communicators and internal stakeholders to drive transformation communications and provide innovative ideas to inform and engage teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Developing and executing MFC Culture and Transformation communications
• Collaborating with communicators and internal stakeholders on transformation communications
• Providing innovative ideas to inform and engage teams
• Building and maintaining strong relationships across business areas
• Supporting Crisis Communications on a rotational basis

This is a full-time telecommuting role
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, with 5 years of professional experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.
• Strong writing, editing and oral communications skills with the ability to convey highly complex information in clear, compelling ways
• Previous strategic communications experience managing multiple projects
• Experience leading projects and/or project teams
Desired Skills:
• Experience in internal employee communication
• Motivated self-starter who performs without appreciable direction and works effectively under competing priorities and tight deadlines
• Quick study with an attention to detail and a sense of urgency
• Dependable to ensure the accuracy and quality of content with minimal supervision
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4×10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $84,900 – $147,085. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $73,800 – $130,180. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate’s work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
