Your New Role:

  • Project Leadership: Take charge of electrical construction and renovation projects, steering them from inception to completion with precision and authority.
  • Material Procurement Coordination: Collaborate with project managers to ensure all materials are on-site when needed, eliminating delays.
  • Subcontractor Synergy: Work seamlessly with general contractors and other subcontractors to ensure a smooth project flow and top-tier results.
  • Quality Supervision: Oversee electrical installations, ensuring all work adheres to the highest standards and complies with all relevant codes.
  • Cost Management: Keep a sharp eye on labor costs, making strategic decisions to optimize resources without sacrificing quality.
  • Safety Leadership: Champion stringent safety protocols, ensuring a secure work environment for your team and all project participants.

  • You’re a licensed Journeyman or Master Electrician in Texas with a track record of leading projects to successful completion.
  • You possess deep knowledge of project management, and electrical codes, and have strong leadership abilities.

  • Hold a valid Texas Journeyman or Master Electrician license
  • Experience as a job runner/supervisor/superintendent, with a minimum of 6-10 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in project management
  • Possess strong technical skills, including a comprehensive understanding of the electrical code and the ability to read and execute plans and specifications
  • Conduct business with a high level of integrity, maintaining ethical standards and fostering a culture of honesty and professionalism
  • Display supervision and leadership skills, with the ability to oversee and manage a team of electricians effectively
  • Understand job costs, particularly labor, and possess knowledge of managing and controlling labor expenses
  • Maintain a positive attitude and excellent customer relations skills, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering positive relationships
  • Have a working knowledge of job site safety protocols and practices, prioritizing a safe working environment
  • Desire and ability to train younger and less experienced electricians, nurturing their development and enhancing their skills
  • Possess reliable transportation for jobs located in the Dallas-Fort Worth (DFW) metroplex area
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and written
  • Willingness to undergo drug testing and background checks as part of the hiring process
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
