We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Content Director to join our client’s growing content marketing agency specializing in the aesthetics market. As our Content Director, you will be responsible for establishing systems and processes for content development that can be used as training materials for new team members as we scale. You will drive high-impact content strategies that generate measurable results for both our agency (Primal Inquiry) and our aesthetics industry clients. This leadership position reports directly to the company founder and offers significant growth opportunities, including potential team development responsibilities and revenue sharing as the agency expands.This role requires a growth mindset, exceptional critical thinking skills, and expertise in AI-assisted content creation.
