JOB DESCRIPTION

The Coordinator A/V Deliverables in the Content Operations & Planning team within FOX Entertainment Studios is focused on supporting incoming and outgoing media operations across the FOX Entertainment Studio slate. The Coordinator A/V Deliverables will work across Scripted, Unscripted, Animation pillars, outside vendors, and post houses, and interface with production, marketing, and distribution inside FOX Entertainment. The Coordinator A/V Deliverables will play a key role in the tracking, verification, and management of media so FOX Entertainment Studios can deliver and support content distribution.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including post-production, marketing, and distribution, to optimize content delivery schedules and content tracking systems to ensure efficient media operations
  • Review delivery schedule requirements with post producers to guarantee timely and accurate submissions of A/V deliverables across scripted, unscripted, and animation projects
  • Manage the quality control (QC) process to ensure all content meets FOX Entertainment Studios’ required standards before distribution
  • Facilitate the delivery of A/V assets, screeners, documentation, and legal deliverables to external clients, maintaining clear communication and adherence to deadlines
  • Mastering, transcode , and deliverables creation to meet external client’s requirements
  • Oversee the archival process for finished assets and metadata, ensuring organized and accessible storage for future reference and use
  • Interface with outside vendors and post houses to coordinate media operations and support the seamless flow of content across the FOX Entertainment Studio slate

WHAT YOU WILL NEED


  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Film/TV, Media, Communications, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in audiovisual content at a studio, lab, or post-production facility
  • Familiarity with A/V media formats, quality control processes, and asset management systems, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, processes, and tools
  • Strong knowledge of software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Media Encoder, and Aspera Connect
  • Knowledge of post-production and delivery process across Episodic, Feature, and Specials
  • Ability to ingest and identify quality control related issues and provide possible solutions
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, effectively prioritize based on urgency, and maintain meticulous attention to detail in tracking and verifying media deliverables
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment, fostering positive relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to achieve shared goals

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $25.75-28.85 per hour. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
