The coordinator will assist with various projects including, but not limited to, RFP responses, campaign management, department tracking and team organization, script and content review, award submissions, and marketing materials creation.
This role will require interaction with external partners (including clients, media agencies, production partners, etc.) and internal teams such as Ad Sales, Production, Programming, Media Planning, Multiplatform, Brand Marketing, Legal, and more. Professionalism and the ability to work well under pressure are required.
Responsibilities Include:
- Support team members (Managers and Sr Directors) in NYC and LA to develop best-in-class multi-platform marketing campaigns for Paramount’s advertisers, including but not limited to in-show integrations, branded content, social-first content, and experiential activations.
- Spearhead tracking and maintaining team infrastructure:
- Update internal tracking and status documents, show binders, creative briefs, team budget code requests, and necessary invoicing
- Contribute to submission materials for industry awards.
- Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and assist with RFP responses, conceptualizing creative ideas to align with the advertisers’ objectives.
- Proactively work with internal teams to develop new sponsorship packages connected to our shows/franchises/talent and help prepare sales materials to pitch these opportunities.
- Collaborate on the creation of decks, one-sheets, and wrap decks.
- Review scripts to ensure proper vetting of various Paramount scripted shows to identify potential integration opportunities and advertiser sensitivities of brand association within the show.
- Review content when episodes are delivered to ensure integration deliverables are met and flag any potential content sensitivities for advertisers.
- Assist in the execution of marketing programs after sell-in, including but not limited to submitting sponsorship summaries, maintaining assets, and coordinating with various departments to ensure all deliverables and deadlines are met.
- Create internal briefs for campaigns outlining the marketing strategy, creative asks, deliverables, and resources.
- Assist with program execution, including managing internal notes/revisions, routing creative to Legal, Standards, tracking production schedules, and other logistic elements.
- Serve as team point for operational software including Airtable, Sponsorship Portal, Base Camp, High Spot and more.
- Attend internal programming, sales, and marketing meetings and take notes for teamwide distribution.
- Support VP with light administrative support and special projects.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years of professional experience, preferably in Entertainment, Advertising, or Marketing (strong internship experience considered)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel. Experience with Illustrator, Photoshop, and Key Note a plus.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication, strong interpersonal skills, and a desire to work collaboratively and be a true team player

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Hiring Salary Range: $50,000.00 – 57,500.00. The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
