As Coordinator, Creative Marketing you are a dedicated, proactive, and meticulous member of the team working as the right-hand to our SVP, Creative Marketing! As the owner of all calendars, expenses, and virtual/in-person meetings, your focus will be on improving time and impact for the business. You’ll gain exposure to the full life cycle of our key art, trailers, and digital creative, working both in-house and with external support.

You will be working in a fast-paced environment with creative and passionate colleagues who are dedicated to raising the bar and executing groundbreaking campaigns. You’ll need to thrive on innovation and inspire the team with partnership, collaboration, mentorship, open communication, and diversity.

Responsibilities:


  • Heavy calendar management in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment.
  • Ownership of various virtual and in-person meetings, with a hyper-focus on productivity, agenda setting, follow-up notes and guaranteeing delivery of all pre-read materials.
  • Prepare monthly expense reports and handle travel itineraries.
  • Serve as the face of CBS on behalf of your lead and help them build great relationships with internal stakeholders and external contacts.
  • Establish trusted relationships across the extended management team, i.e., C-suite leaders, key client leaders, etc.
  • Work to develop and implement new processes and mechanisms that will ultimately improve team performance, creativity, communication and collaboration.
  • Manage inbound request for meetings and approval needs weighing them against topline business priorities.
  • Prepare department hours and timesheets if needed for final approval.
  • Work alongside the other CBS Marketing coordinators on org-wide moments of connectivity and community, seasonal mixers and virtual happy hours.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1+ years of experience (strong internship experience considered)
  • Highly proficient in Mac operating systems.
  • Need to know how to use Outlook, Zoom, Slack, OneDrive, SharePoint, Excel, and PowerPoint (knowledge of Avid, Adobe Premiere and Airtable is a plus).

  • Pays close attention to details and can manage projects effectively.
  • Able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good at communicating verbally and in writing.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION



Hiring Salary Range: $54,000.00 – 64,000.00.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
