Job Summary:

The position is part of the Entertainment Brand Solutions group – a part of Disney Advertising Sales, an integrated cross-platform national advertising sales and marketing organization within the Disney Entertainment Television (DET) business segment that includes Disney+, Hulu, Disney Channels, ABC, ABC Owned Television Stations, Freeform, FX, Nat Geo, ESPN and Disney Digital.


Job Summary:

Disney Advertising Sales is seeking a Coordinator to report into Senior Manager, Entertainment Brand Solutions. Coordinator will be responsible for assisting the team’s advertiser cross-platform solutions tied to ABC Scripted & Unscripted Entertainment and will provide overall support for the team. This role is based in Los Angeles, California.

Responsibilities and Duties of the Role:


Support the ABC Scripted & Unscripted team on day-to-day operation of advertiser driven marketing, addressable (streaming and social), and promotional programs related to ABC. Responsibilities may include:

  • Assist team in the development of client specific cross-platform marketing opportunities
  • Help with the management and execution of sold-in campaigns (linear, streaming, social, experiential)
  • Help manage project documents and files containing all marketing promotional elements to be executed, including comprehensive timelines and production schedules
  • Liaise with multiple departments for any sales material requests, programming inquiries, scheduling questions, marketing questions, social editorial inquiries, etc.
  • Assist with legal contract requests for sold-in campaigns and the processing of invoices
  • In collaboration with Senior Manager, help develop compelling pitch materials in Keynote and PowerPoint and assist with the ideation and response to RFPs

S upport the team’s maintenance of key organizational & internal tracking resources. Including but not limited to:



  • Manage the upload and organization of ABC materials on the internal Shared Drive and file folders. Ensure all documents and sponsorship materials are up to date & accurate.
  • Assist with the upload of ABC sponsorship materials in the weekly newsletter email as needed
  • Assist with the maintenance of various department budget reports, billing, tracking documents, and calendars

Create case studies for executed campaigns (in-show, streaming, social, custom content, etc.) and work with the Research & Insights team to identify any key findings


Participate and attend key meetings supporting the team’s day-to-day operations. Including:


  • Attend internal meetings & client meetings and take minutes/indicate follow-ups for meeting recaps
  • Participate in brainstorms as needed
  • Assist the team in scheduling meetings as needed

Required Education, Experience/Skills/Training:

  • 1 year of experience preferred in marketing, sponsorship, promotion, brand entertainment and/or media at a network, cable, promotional/media agency or entertainment studio.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Collaborative team player
  • Highly organized
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize project workflow in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Strong creative writing skills with a demonstrated ability to put ideas on paper
  • Experience with social media platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, X, YouTube, etc.)
  • Events and/or grass roots marketing experience
  • Positive can-do attitude with initiative, persistence, and flexibility
  • Self-motivated and pro-active
  • Demonstrated experience with Keynote, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Google Docs/Sheets, Airtable, Smartsheet and Teams
  • Experience with deck creation through PowerPoint and Keynote
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Not a requirement, but a plus: An interest in ABC shows and content (linear & streaming)

The hiring range for this position in Santa Monica, CA is $53,300.00 to $71,300.00 per year based on a 40-hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
