Successful candidate will have a strong troubleshooting ability in the following field to include PLCs, inverter drives, pneumatics, hydraulics, pumps, bearing, chains and belting, conveying systems, valves, basic blueprint reading, and mechanical troubleshooting.

Duties Include

• Performing preventive maintenance on assigned equipment

• Record taking of daily meter readings, boiler chemistry, and sanitation

  
  

• Responding to maintenance calls during production hours

• Repairing machinery in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency

  
  

• Assist in training new employees on correct machinery operation

Qualifications

• Two years electrical experience

• Strong communication skills

  
  

• Flexible schedule which includes weekends, and holidays

• Have keen acumen relating to safety and quality

  
  

• Must be able to access and navigate all areas of the facilities.

• Must be able to access all parts of the company equipment.

  
  

You should be proficient in:

• PLC Troubleshooting Skills
• Equipment Troubleshooting
• Facilities Maintenance Experience
• Electrical Troubleshooting Skills
• Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills
• Hydraulics Experience
• Experience in a Manufacturing Environment

Machines & technologies you’ll use:

• Programmable Logic Controller (PLC)

Salary info:

$25 – $32 / hr
