Monday – Friday, Day Shift. (Typically 8:00am – 5:00pm)
Job Summary
This position will manage the transition of patients in the Division of Periodontics from the general dentist through the continuum of care with the specialty dentist. The person in this position will coordinate appointments and care between disciplines, provide patient assessment and education, and will facilitate process improvements.
