Your New Role

As a Dispatcher, you will play a critical role in the day-to-day operations, ensuring our technicians are effectively scheduled and dispatched to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Schedule and dispatch service calls for maximum efficiency without compromising customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the dispatch board, keeping field personnel productive and on the move.
  • Communicate with clients to ensure they’re informed about scheduling or rescheduling updates.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse team to coordinate timely delivery of parts to technicians.
  • Match the right technician to the right call using the Dispatching for Profits Priority Service Schedule.
  • Debrief technicians after each call and ensure payment is collected promptly.
  • Adhere to the company’s Code of Ethics, Team Rules, and Team Philosophy.

  • High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
  • Strong customer service skills with a professional demeanor (written and verbal).
  • Strong Knowledge of Service Titan
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Self-starter with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Critical thinker with strong English composition skills.
  • Working knowledge of telephone etiquette and email systems.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
  • Comfortable with physical demands such as climbing stairs, lifting up to 20 lbs., and working extended hours as needed.
