Our client is seeking an experienced eLearning Developer with Instructional Design (ID) experience to develop innovative and engaging eLearning solutions within the financial services sector. This is a remote position with an opportunity for Chicago-based professionals to occasionally visit the office.
Role Overview

  • Location: USA remote with preference for Chicago-based candidates
  • Commitment: W2 hourly contract, up to 40 hours per week
  • Duration: Initially for 3-4 month contract, with a strong possibility of extension to a 1-year contract.
  • Start Date: March 3 / ASAP!


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop eLearning modules using Articulate Rise, Camtasia, and Vyond.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate complex financial regulations and policies into accessible and engaging content.
  • Utilize existing templates, while infusing creative elements to enhance learning experiences.
  • Maintain autonomy in project management and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery without oversight.


Requirements
  • 10-15 years of experience in eLearning development, with significant ID exposure.
  • Strong video development skills
  • Strong background in the financial services industry, familiarized with its regulations and policies.
  • Proven ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation.
  • Ability to interact and collaborate effectively with SMEs and team members.
  • Provide samples of previous work demonstrating expertise in eLearning development and ID methodologies.
  • Successful completion of a background check.
