Your New Role

As an Electrician with Native Energy Solutions, you will:

• Manage and oversee small, medium, and large-scale industrial electrical projects
• Install and electrify process equipment like LACT units, SWT skids, VRUs, and other systems
• Work with PLCs, low voltage, and 3-phase installations for precise control
• Handle conduit installations, armored CLX cable setups, and primary service distribution
• Implement grounding for all facilities, ensuring safety and compliance
• Manage relays, VFDs, controllers, and both wired and wireless instruments
• Establish primary service connections and manage temporary generation setups
• Conduct maintenance on wells, plants, and other equipment to keep operations running smoothly

• Valid Journeyman Electrician License
• Willing to consider candidates from nearby regions with a transferrable Journeyman card
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in oil field electrical work
• Proficiency in electrical and/or automation systems
• Valid driver’s license
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
