Your New Role

As an Electrician Apprentice, you’ll learn the trade hands-on under skilled professionals while working on exciting residential projects. Your day-to-day will include:

• Assisting with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in compliance with safety and building codes.
• Learning to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Setting up tools and materials to prepare work areas efficiently.
• Performing basic tasks like running conduit, pulling wire, and installing fixtures.
• Committing to safety protocols to maintain a secure working environment.
• Participating in on-the-job and classroom training to grow your electrical knowledge.

• Minimum of 6 months of residential electrical experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Interest in becoming a licensed electrician.
• Basic understanding of electrical principles (a plus).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
• Team-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
