Siemens Grand Prairie is looking for an Engineering Change Coordinator for their manufacturing facility. This person will be reviewing design changes and identifying impacts in our products and classifying importance of engineering changes.
You will make an impact by:
- Providing feedback to Product Development team and communicating engineering changes to production and support areas
- Coordinate planning and execution of activities related to engineering changes along with approval workflows for engineering changes
- Optimize time, cost and scope of engineering changes at the manufacturing site
- Report KPI’s and status related to engineering changes to PDE and QM Management.
- Create, update and enhance procedures related to engineering changes
You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or similar.
- 5 plus years of experience working as a product engineer, driving engineering changes in a manufacturing environment with Product Lifecycle.
- Basic experience in manufacturing processes and intermediate knowledge of mechanical drawing interpretation.
- GD&T knowledge and basic knowledge of advanced product quality planning (APQP)
- SAP, MS Excel, pivot tables.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in manufacturing of electrical products
- Knowledge of stamping process and Electrical schematics interpretation
- Basic knowledge of metrology techniques for inspection and validation of parts.
- Experience in Change Management and 1 plus years of experience in new Product Development related role.
- Power BI or Tableau experience

- The pay range for this position is $73,500 – $126.000. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
