This position will be responsible for providing administrative support for the Director of Development and Creative Executive for Paramount Pictures.

Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
• Manage executive calendars and schedules, coordinate meetings with internal and external participants.
• Screen and effectively respond to phone communication and email correspondence.
• Take detailed notes of creative conversations as needed, and track action items.
• Greets scheduled visitors and conducts to the appropriate area or person.
• Conduct various research duties, including talent lists and availability.
• Prepare monthly expense reports.
• Liaises with internal departments and external entities as needed.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as needed, including maintaining files, preparing agendas, and copying documents.
• Arrange travel plans and itineraries.

Basic qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree.
• 1-2+ years of experience in an administrative support role.



Desired skills:
• Administrative experience supporting a high-level executive, preferably in entertainment
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with staff, internal and external contacts and senior management
• Ability to be adept at multi-tasking, prioritizing, and managing projects in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to handle confidential materials and demonstrated professional maturity
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and internet software
• Entertainment industry knowledge
• Strong organizational skills, with ability to attend to details while maintaining a big picture orientation
• Ability to handle a wide variety of tasks with little or no supervision
• Good attention to detail and follow-through skills
• Self-starter, preemptively identifies potential issues and responds accordingly
• Demonstrate good judgment and ability to deal with confidential and sensitive issues
• Passion for media and entertainment.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION



Hiring Salary Range: $50,000.00 – 55,000.00.


The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education. The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
