Korean Desserts have taken the world by storm and how perfect would it be to open the 1st Asian Dessert Food Hall in NYC!
Team behind the newly Michelin starred Nōksu is eagerly looking to work with that pioneer Pastry/Dessert Chef to take this concept by the horns and be part of a team that will create different Asian desserts from simple to complex masterpieces.
We are looking for somebody who specializes in Korean/Asian breads and desserts which will be the main focal point.
There’s so much more to this project but we want to save it for the in-person meeting.
