We are actively reviewing applicants for our Experienced Room Service Supervisor positions that are newly added roles to work at the Universal Helios Grand Hotel, A Loews Hotel! You must have experience working in a high volume resort setting in private dining / room service.
This Resort property offers a wide array of dining and culinary experiences for our guests including in-room dining / private dining!
We need people who can work days, nights, weekends and holidays!

We are looking for people who are / have:
- Previous supervisor /management experience in Room Service, In-Room Dining or Private Dining at a High Volume Resort
- Strong Food & Beverage knowledge
- Strong guest service orientated
- Naturally positive personalities who are able to work as part of a dynamic quality-driven team
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
